If you are buying a property choose a reputable one to ensure the project can finished ontime and how they manage after the handover. Anyway thanks for your survey, i will monitor GSB closely.

calvintaneng maybe u r right, but G residence is on a 2.72 acres with about 600 units, D ambience is on a 10.4 acres with 750 units, which one is more compact. D ambience still available 460 psf all in, G residence 450 psf loan agreement not included, D ambience also commercial land. The fecility & sky garden also impressive.

My opinion is not easy to sell those units nowdays, the very nearby IJM project D'Ambience and they are handling the keys this Oct, but they still got around 50 units available with huge discounts.
The coming Q reports must be very good to push the price to 0.19. They got few project already done in KL , but look at the previous profit margin. Iam not sabotage anybody not to buy this share, myself also start monitoring this share about a week ago. Just to share some personnel view.

To be fair to Zerone & Calvin comment, GSB project is on a 2.72 acres land with 600+- units,of cause GSB is a small cap listed co. with loss making every year,did u know GSB is sharing the project with former land owner ( Beethoven ) if they manage the project well i think it can translate to about 6m earnings per year. But i think this second Q is still a loss making.
So must be careful and aquire slowly.

Agreed with stevooikp high debt co. Got so many lands, property overseas, holdings a few
listed co. But every year also lost making. This type of co. can invest??
There is a lot of others good co. to invest.

Final 3 quarter profit is 75.8m 4 th quarter profit estimate about 19m-22m + 101m building disposal. There is a lot of share trading 3x above nta price. Now property market is in cooling period so does property counters, unless there is some booming news coming out otherwise...

Apr-Jun is not 2nd quater, its 4th quarter, financial year end is 30 Jun, so after disposal of
building = RM 101m profit + financial year end, profit should be about RM 200m + - so the mother price should be above 2.50. Wc price ? figure yourself..
