Land buy in aus still in proposed stage, have to wait for next agm approval, but selling menara pjd
already done in may & land sell will be done this month or latest on july, so the price should shoot up already. Don't understand why still stay at 1.60.

If i am not wrong mulpha is a high debt co, i agree they brought Leisure Farm land at very cheap price many years ago, but most of their business was at Australia, but PAT is still loss, this company is a lost making co. for this few years. So trade carefully.

Normally property launch will take 24 months to complete for high rise at lease 36 months if any property launching now onwards they will calculate to progress and they will price in the GST cost.
Because almost all material will add 6% then who will pay the extra cost, of course those buyers.

Properties don't have GST but building material yes so this will make the building cost goes up
and we have to pay more to buy a properties.

if u want to push up a share price, u can't just accumulate, u must throw some to buy more, this is the game otherwise no body is selling then how to push. 0.5 is done the next target is to 0.6.

Most of the share we buy, the good news already been price in, as a small investor we only follow the 'horse tail' but for asianpac i think it still have some gap for uptrend cause if we count in all the project is still undervalued, i estimate it will close above 0.30 in short term.
(My personal opinion, trade at your own risk..)

Apr-Jun is not 2nd quater, its 4th quarter, financial year end is 30 Jun, so after disposal of
building = RM 101m profit + financial year end, profit should be about RM 200m + - so the mother price should be above 2.50. Wc price ? figure yourself..
