But all the banks is yet to make any decision they still monitoring, there is no reducing of interest yet. But i think 0.25 won't help much, if monthly loan is RM 1,500 that means there will be less than RM5 monthly.

Yes agree with kai, if you have housing loan you will find out that the bank is increasing the interest rate starts from a few months back, same with the hp (car) loan. So what is so great about the 0.25 point opr reduce.

KSL is a good counter but most of their project is in Johor & recently they launch mostly high rise, projects & those high rise sales is very very slow, with revenue drop, profit drop how do you expect the share price to go up, what fair value or graham number also useless, if you have holding power than can buy, but for how long..... at least above 1 years.

This is a goverment project and the finance ministry will issued a payment gurantee letter to them,
whats to worry with those gurantee letters they can easily get loan from bank to finished the project, somemore there is a lot of sub contractor followed mrcb long time ago, they will totally give support one. You can see a lot of big company eyeing for this project, if cannot make money who want to tender, you think the tender book is free..

You know what is goverment project, you take goverment project before, if don't know don't simply comment, if main contractor can show evidence that raw material cost increase, than they allowed to claim the different that is stated in the tender book, you can see that's why goverment projects always overcost. When the project completed you can see the sum is very much different from the amount they were award before, especially for big project that needs years to complete.
