there is no way Salutica's counsel/lawyer will advise the company to continue with the litigation process. The only possible outcome is reach some form of settlement. Even a RM50 - RM80 million settlement would be good enough. If they continue the legal battle, then it's game over. I am surprised to see so much insider trading activities ahead of the case conclusion. Wouldn't this be illegal to trade before the High Court judgement?

The stock rose as much as 9.3 per cent in the morning, the most in nearly two years, before the company called for a trading halt at 1pm.
