there is no way Salutica's counsel/lawyer will advise the company to continue with the litigation process. The only possible outcome is reach some form of settlement. Even a RM50 - RM80 million settlement would be good enough. If they continue the legal battle, then it's game over. I am surprised to see so much insider trading activities ahead of the case conclusion. Wouldn't this be illegal to trade before the High Court judgement?
