On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board has, on 18 May 2023 (“Price-fixing Date”), resolved to fix the issue price at RM0.0801 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0199 or approximately 19.90% to the 5D-VWAP of the ordinary share of the Company (“Ingenieur Share”) on 17 May 2023, being the last market day before the Price-fixing Date, of RM0.1000 per Ingenieur Share.
