Winner are directors of LKL conveniently raising about RN49.5 million from rights issue fund raising exercise. Much easier than generating profits from business operations.
Other potential winner are Operators and supporters of fund raising exercise who have lots of subscribed shares to sell to market to reap huge profit based on rights issue price of 0.17 compared to current market price of 0.255.

Modus operandi of many loss making penny stocks
1. Directors fail in generating business profit, possibly showing multi year losses, multi quarter losses
2. Directors might issue more MOUs to create excitement, most of which will eventually be terminated after some time
3. Directors repeatedly do fund raising via shares issuance to PP, ESOS and asset acquisition
4. Directors utilise most of the fund raised, beside sustaining the quarterly losses
5. When NOSH reach unmanageable Billions of shares, directors do share consolidation, follow by fund raising via rights issue with free warrants to ask more money from shareholders
6. Repeat step 1 to 5

Could be similar to BSLCORP rights issue application which was under-subscribed by retail investors/shareholders but supported by other penny stock companies like BCM and CFM which subscribe for massive excess rights shares !!!
Same could happened for FITTERS if they can find friendly parties or directors from other penny stock companies to support their fund raising exercise
