Retail investors are getting smarter not to contribute money to company fund raising for directors to do loss making business for multi years.
Most likely RI will be under-subscribed by retailers.
Operators might look for other loss making penny stock companies to support with excess application to make the RI exercise looks good.

Issue rights beli CONDO di tempat paling tinggi and sejuk. Mampos laaa… condo baru 10% siap tapi minta duit nak bayar 142juta. Itu 142juta kalau dapat drpd rights issue akan bagi aset kayamas buat rolling capital untuk kasi siap. Last2 untung aset kayamas. Kanger yg buat financing. Siapa yg beli rights memang bodoh beli condo yg belom siap di tempat tinggi.

Tengok Q sell itu rights pun sudah tahu tak laku. Klau itu rights separuh masak lagi susah. Katakan minta RM142juta tapi yg subcribe rights cuma RM20juta. Macam mana mao beli CONDO? Sudah tentu BOD cakap mao cancel ini plan. Pas tu RM20juta yang masuk Kanger akan keluar masuk pocket En. Kuat KenCing.

You should ask Mr Kuah, why he decided to raise RM172 million if he needs only RM20 million for the acquisition. Of course more free money from shareholders will be good for him to spend lavishly.
How much was wasted on the glove business ? Too much cash will make the directors complacent. And greed will make the money flow out easily.
