what about it`s warrants?Exercise price is 0.30.If ABRIC is going to open at 0.67,surely it`s warrants have to trade near that near 0.67 less 0.30,ie,around 0.35 or so.Is it not?

luckylee,the proposal was made in July by ESNT,a company incorporated in UK and a subsidiary of ESSENTRA, a company listed on the LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE.It is a non-binding offer.It may or may not materialized.Do exercise caution and trade at your own discretion.What I told you can be extracted from its announcement in BURSA website.

The proposed sale of its business and the special dividend of 30sen which is expected to be completed by end of the year will hopefully put them into investors radar.
