although Jayatiasa is high debt, but their latest cash flow and income statement are good. Jayatiasa previously done private placement at RM3 and borrow much money to shift their business from logging to plantation palm oil step by step. As long as their plantation business is steady improved, i am look good for the long term. Above just for my little opinion. trading at your own risk.
