Dayang is debt free company with ROE consistently > 15% over years. Based on the discounted cash flow, it's fair value worth 2.11 with 50%++ of safety of margin.

Based on the company business operation, mainly to support the commissioning works, maintenance etc... I would consider this business is safe. If you say EPCC/construction, it may be uncertainty due to the project delayed, material prices increase etc. Therefore, for Dayang, i really like it. Especially now!!! Super low price.

From the past records, dayang consistently providing the dividend... I believe it will give also this time. As the stock price now is very attractive, it is truly undervalued. You may consider to cost average. Even if you see when the oil price drop to 28USD, the stock price of Dayang almost immuned... RM1 is super low d. Considering oil price go up to 60USD (no need to wait till 100USD), all the oil related stocks will be super good. Since mid of 2014, oil started to drop. Till now, 1 year plus already. Will you think till mid of 2016 the price still drop. I would say bearish for 2 years should be the end. Very unlikely a bear can rule for more than 2 years!!! That's why Buffet Warren also started to buy oil / energy stocks.

Collect those fundamentally good oil and gas counters such as Dayang, Deleum etc.

This counter is really good. Believe it or not I believe it can achieve RM5.00. My calculated FV of this counter worth RM6.50 (safety of margin 53%). However, of course it can't be achieve in few days time. I consider this value based on its next 2 quarter results. Means on Feb 16 and May 16. If my these 2 quarters proven increased of profit consistently, I believe 5.00 or 6.50 also achievable....
