when subsidy is imposed through mycard, and new condition is imposed and to enjoy the subsidies, one need to update his/her info through nrd and may be a new mycard to replaced the old one may be required, currently, whether one owns a car, one has a valid driving license etc are all not part of the mycard. Petrol subsidies are not going to be given to all...for eg...if u do not own a car, why should one be given subsidies on petrol ?

So for those who are holding older format of mycard, they need to change it to a new one that will require one to incorporate all the required informations...and also added security features so as to prevent abuse.

Aii these will translate to new business for dsonic, ontop of the solutions system to implement this subsidies.

johny....i am just a market investor, no relation to dsonic. Dsonic caught my attention when it split and remain strong at 2.10 to 2.30 zone, so that is my average price and am still holding it until today, and also into the foreseeable future.

haha...johnny...i cant give you a figure, bacause only insider will know. my investment is base on yoy reports, which i think dsonic will outperform in 2014 n even 2015...so i am holding onto it

@ 5w33, all listed counters with their finanacial quarters ending 31st march 2014 has to file in their financial report latest by 30th of this month, so the financial report for dsonic ending 31st march will be filed anytime from now...but normally most will be in on 30th itself..

All this news on petrol subsidies are preparing the people to face a withdrawal of subsidies across the whole nation and a revamp is imminent, a plan is already in placed and yet to be announced.

In one hand, normal petrol at the pump will be tracking the market and on the other, a scheme to allow subsidies allocation for qualifies citizens with each allocate a certain quota...how this work out...we shall wait and see, a smart card may or may not involved.
