AllianceDBS Research maintained its “buy” call on within-expectations results for TA Enterprise Bhd’s first half for the financial year 2015 (FY15) as well as the potential sale of TAE’s broking unit.

TA Enterprise’s net profit of RM98mil was 65% of AllianceDBS Research’s full year forecast.

“Key earnings drivers include stronger than expected foreign exchange gains and investment holding income.

“However, we think these may not be sustainable in the coming quarters. Property development income doubled quarter-on-quarter due to the completion of Phase 1 of The Garden project in Canada,” AllianceDBS Research said.

As the research house expected, broking income fell 20% quarter-on-quarter as a result of weaker average daily turnover value (-7% to RM2bil) and volume (-42% to 1.1bil shares) during the quarter (May to July).

The research house also raised its financial year 2015 forecast by 15% to impute higher than expected forex gains and investment holding income.

It also moderated property development contribution on the back of a slower launch pipeline, expecting stronger growth in broking income for the second half of FY15 compared with the first half as the average daily turnover value and volume started to pick up after July.

winwin ... bornoil if can maintain above 0.63 level this means she is crossing over 100ma/200ma :) :) momentum indicators are also showing positive signs ! let's see if she cud challenge her 4wk high at 0.635 tomorrow ... with this taken down the next strong res is 0.64 and then 0.66 !! support at 0.595 ... do take note the vol is massive today at 16mil compared with 4wk av of a mere 766k !!! good luck :)

GADANG---It is still trading below its immediate downtrend line, but with a possibility of more rebound after finding low of $1.70 lately. Any rebound should find immediate resistance at $1.78 if breaks should find strong resistance at $1.84. Any further weakness and if break below $1.70 should find strong support at $1.62. Stop Loss if $1.62 is violated

Winwin....re silk..not only that it dropped impulsively on wave3 but its overextended.In such scenerio,one has to wait for a longer period to c it back up again.Based on my chart analysis,u will c strong supp base at 0.75-0.78.Res at 0.91 is gonna be a hard nut to crack for the timebeing.We need to c some form of basing formation 1st with the 4 & 5 wave yet be completed b4 we can jump into conclusion that the worst is over.Dont c y 0.75 supp be defeated from now

MFCB:
Under consolidation between $2.20 and $2.27. Breaking above $2.27 with volume will have bullish implication. Such breakout will find immediate resistance at $2.30 and $2.36 before it can scale higher to re-test its previous high at $2.48. Further weakness will find immediate support at $2.20 and $2.15 respectively. Stop loss if $2.14 is violated.
