why don't PWROOT keep the dividend for later stage (because if results are not good in next quarters, investors might still have a reason to keep invested for the dividend). Either they are just being foolish, or very confident of upcoming results... i guess and hope is the latter...

One thing to consider for drp. This might create odd lots (for small investors) and selling odd lots sometimes cant do it via online system. Calling remisier to do it will be expensive. Calculate the cost before jumping into drp.

News of privatisation broke out first, then followed by AK selling stake. Either one is true, but which news is used as damage control? Privatisation with 2bill cash not such a bad move after all..
