The real GasM revenue are coming from industrial, industrial gas rate, government not going to subsidize or cap the price.

D/E ratio varies from industry to industry. It is very norm for the utilities counter have high Debt to Equity ratio because utilities company need high capital intensive investment, a lot of their debts are actually in the long term secured bonds.

Petronas Gas business more toward export market, Petrochemical Plant, Large Industries, TNB, SESB , Domestic IPP, Export to Senoko/Keppel & supply to Gas Malaysia ( for domestic distribution).

Gas Malaysia are owned by PetGas about 14.8%.
Japanese Tokyo Gas owned 18.5%
The largest single owner of Gas Malaysia is Anglo Oriental - annuities Sdn Bhd ( should be TS Syed Mokthar vehicles)

PetGas & GasM business segment is totally different & they didn't compete between themselves. It is a fallacy statement to state PetGas is fighting with GasM.

Also, the domestic gas distribution is only 0.003% of the GMas revenue. If if government regulated the domestic gas price, it will not impact GMas revenue. GMas real customer base are actually the local industries which accounted for 99.67% of their revenue ( almost monopoly ).

Read both Petronas Gas & GasM AR to get the facts correct.

The catalyst is strong for MRCB underlying. I'll personally prefer MRCB CW - 26 & 27 over Gamuda-CWs on following reasons :-

1) MRCB CW 26 & 27 have lower exercise ratio. 1.25:1 & 2.5:1 respectively as compared to Gamuda CWs, 3:1 & higher.

2) Perception on underlying affordability. MRCB underlying is price at RM 1.26 vs Gamuda underlying at RM 5.16. Psychologically, the market might opt for MRCB over Gamuda

When we were young, we have tendency to more mistakes. 6 digits lost is not a joke but was a history of mine. Majority of my losses were contributed by contra play, speculative penny, tips investing , herd/emotional/news investing, revenge investing , etc. All these coupled with leverage instruments become very deadly.

for those who are new in the market & are playing contra regularly , my personal advise & observation for your thinking

I played contra for the first 5th years with the expectation of high risk high gain but I ended up losing 6 digits of my capital.

I come to thought about why I always lose when I'm in contra position, the frequencies of losing are higher than frequencies of gaining.

a) It is hard to time the market, the counter moves up immediately after you taken contra loss position.

b) they are marking your movement, every time you play contra, you have been mark as the water fish, they know you got no money to pick up & they will corner you.

c) you will start to ask who are "they" ? only you yourself know that you are playing contra & your brooking house. Go have a deep thought, who is against you.

d) The frequencies of contra losses increases if you hold your position overnights - it give time for "they" to analyse your movement.

depends on your play game, whether you are in for capital gain or dividend play.

WA offers leverage exposure for capital gain but you are not entitled for the dividend or voting right. If the WA is not in deep discount & as a retailer, no need to waste your the time to convert it.

As long as WA is in 0% premium or discount, they will keep on exercising the WA.

WA are more liquid / higher volume compare to underlying. By exercising the WA to accumulate, they can hold the underlying share price. If they accumulate direct, the accumulation activity might spike the underlying share price which will increase their purchase cost ( not favorable ).

By pressing down underlying to accumulate could leave a vulnerability to the accumulators, the vultures could come in to snap their effort.

Hence the safer accumulation method is still via exercising the 0% premium or discount WA with higher volume traded daily.

No way the retailers can interfere their process with the size of their fund. Once they are done, they will move it. As for now, just go take your holiday & wait instead of posting daily your frustration.

The priority in CW trade is the underlying / mother share, how you forecast the movement mother share in the coming months. It is the best to play with the growth stock , every quarter reporting higher top & bottom lines compare to previous quarter.

The secondary is the CW itself. Hence, you should find the answer yourself.

Remember, they don't hold CWs long. Some great traders close their position within minutes. When in profit position, remember to realize profit. Never hesitate.

The next focus should be on VS CWs.
