after read 3rd qtr 2019 report. no nightmare.
Net cash from / (used in) operating activities (increase RM4,931 million)

"Development costs" have increased RM2.249 million
"Trade payables" increased RM1.465 million mainly attributable to the purchases incurred
in Q3FY19 to support the production of the new digital tester, AmoebaTM 5600 for
customers’ demonstration purpose.
Property, plant & equipment (increase RM8,885 million)
The increase was due to the reclassification of the Group’s land and corporate office
from other receivables, deposits and prepayments following the commencement of
construction in Q2FY19.
