（吉隆坡22日讯）ETI科技（ETITECH，0118，主板科技股）宣布，把公司业务多样化至建筑业，並委任札鲁依关为执行董事，负责这项新业务。该公司在昨日贏得吉打州建设500单位的人民房產计划，为这项新业务的第一炮。

札鲁依关是Zenith財团主席拿督扎鲁阿末祖基菲利的儿子，他不讳言，这项职务是由父亲安排，不过，对於Zenith是否已经买入ETI科技股权，並计划进行倒置收购的传言，则均表示不知情。

札鲁依关在今日的记者会上主要向媒体说明在吉打的合约，他指出，这是ETI科技的第一项建筑工程合约，他会以ZENITH专於建筑发展的知识和经验，协助ETI科技在建筑业打下更扎实的第一步。

至於接下来的发展，札鲁依关仅表示，暂未有任何新建筑合约，公司尚在探討和研究当中，但会寻求建筑物和道路建设工程活动。

针对市场传言，Zenith財团有意倒置收购ETI科技的消息，札鲁依关表示，对此项课题完全不知情。虽然如此，他却不否认ZENITH已对ETI科技有一定的兴趣，再加上，后者目前仍面临亏损。

因此，也需要新的资金，以执行上述房產建筑工程，所以不排除会引入更多的合作伙伴来参与，Zenith財团也就会是其中之一。

至於公司原有的太阳能电池製造业务，ETI科技另一名执行董事拿督郑立贤则表示，公司不会放弃这项业务。

他指出，旗下的太阳能电池製造业务一直受到研发成本过高的问题所拖累，而陷入亏损。

不过，他预计，今年开始，隨著公司將研发成果，进行商业用途，有关业务的表现將改善。【东方网财经】

该公司今日向大马交易所报备，将承建 Bandar Baru Kertih Jaya首期的基建建设工程和160个住宅单位。

这项合约是 Pakadiri私人有限公司颁发给 Trive（基本面：1.05；估值：0.3）独资子公司Trive Property私人有限公司。

首期合约总值2429万6000令吉，将在6月24日的3个月内动工，并在动工起的24个月内完成。

该公司预计，这将为截至2016年7月31日止财政年的盈利作出贡献。

如果首期表现令人满意，Trive将获颁第二期和第三期的合约，总值6031万1000令吉。

Trive今日扬0.5仙，或5.56%，收于9.5仙，市值为8988万令吉。
