幸马泰遭追討7233万抵押贷款

（吉隆坡9日讯）幸马泰资源（SUMATEC，1201，主板贸服股）接获大马託管公司（Malaysian Trustees Berhad）通知，自1月5日起的14天內，必须偿还该公司所拖欠总值7233万3945令吉的抵押贷款。

大马託管公司代表3家债券发行商，分別是Kerisma公司、Capone公司以及Prima公司，向幸马泰资源追討这笔款项。

幸马泰资源也表示，如果该公司有义务偿还这笔7233万令吉的贷款，Rakushechnoye油田的卖方，同时也是幸马泰资源的大股东，將有义务把Rakushechnoye油田的出售所得，用以协助偿还这笔贷款。

幸马泰资源股价今日闭市报9.5仙，全日涨0.5仙或5.56%。

PETALING JAYA: Sumatec Resources Bhd’s collateralised loan has been terminated, with the bondholders seeking claims of RM72.33 million, to be paid by Jan 19, 2017.

In a filing with the stock exchange, the oil and gas player said it had on Jan 5 received a notice of termination and demand from Adnan Sundra & Low Advocates & Solicitors for the settlement agreement dated March 6, 2015 entered between Sumatec and Malaysian Trustees Bhd (MTB).

The issuers for the loan are Kerisma Bhd, Capone Bhd and Prima Uno Bhd, which are claiming RM28.69 million, RM29.04 million and RM14.61 million, respectively. MTB demanded the sum due to be paid within 14 days from Jan 5, 2017.

Sumatec stressed that it is not obliged to pay the sum in accordance with the obligations as set out in the 2013 settlement agreement.

However, Sumatec has obtained the consent of its indirect substantial shareholder Markmore Sdn Bhd, in the event the obligation arises to pay MTB, if Markmore is committed to satisfying the debts and any other obligations utilising the proceeds from the disposal of Rakushechnoye oil and gas field to Sumatec.

Meanwhile, Sumatec’s substantial shareholder Tan Sri Halim Saad recently sold a 0.16% stake in the company, paring down his stake to 19.61%

So Sumatec is not obliges to pay from the above news.

集团执行董事 TEH ENG HUAT 先生告诉Starbiz，可以说该瞄准生产高价值的精密零件约5百万美元市场价值目标在今年全国多国医疗设备制造商。

“我们已经收到订单从客户，”他说。

集团目前正在建设的坐落在 bayan lepas 一个1.8英亩的土地其现有的前提下新的扩展。

一旦该工厂在2017年的运营，公司预计医疗器械经营产生每年约6百万美元的年营业额。为扩展和设备投资加起来2千万零吉。

2016年六月公司目前正在计划发行新普通股，以筹集4千180万零吉。

资金的大约60％将用于扩大医疗器械经营和现有模具企业配套的电子和数据存储等行业。

另外40％将用于计划在马六甲主题公园项目。

主题公园计划于Klebang，马六甲9英亩的土地。

我们使用的是40英尺集装箱，并配有水，激光显示技术在现场音乐厅目前正在建设一个弹出的市场。

无论是音乐厅和弹出的市场将是2016年八月份准备就绪，而主题公园在2017年。

在马六甲的主题公园业务预计将贡献在未来集团的营业额40％左右，而医疗器械和数据存储段剩下的贡献60％。

Euromonitor国际在二月份发布的报告显示，全球医疗器械产值将录得近6％的强劲增长在2016年，将达到3150亿美元。

不过，在赢得传统市场（西欧和美国）的市场份额仍将困难的，因为越来越多的监管审查和定价压力。

在经营和出口到拉丁美洲和东欧新兴市场也将是具有挑战性，由于减速这些地区的医疗保健行业的发展。
