第一， 现在用1。50 和你换股， 就是说新上市的IWH 开盘价会是1。50
第二， 老板讲地库值得300亿， 所以IWH 上市后价格也应该要有4。5才符合应有的价值
第三， 7400acres 如果以300亿来算差不多等于一百块一方尺， Kl 来说真的便宜， 但JB我就不懂了
第四，如果以上属实的话， 昨天股价还涨就可以说的过去了， 因为就算涨到2块， 你一换一看起来不合理(两块的股票换成一块半）， 但他暗示了股价“应该”到4。50 ， 那就是说还有一段涨幅
