Haiz i also hope 可以从谷底回升. But at beginning of the year already declining. How to convince shareholder? I will go AGM this year. I cant see the points whereby other flour related company able to sustain the share price like PPB. PPB diversify into unrelated field entertainment (GSC) and others, suppose high risk but they well manage on it. Whereas mflour diversify into related business, but their performance getting worse and assume they are expert in this field and operate this industry for so long. What the logic behind it? They are not playing their roles if given 5 years and unable to perform.

Totally agree. When i attended this company AGM last quarter, i heard that sale from PANAMY mostly come from oversea rather than meet local demand.Since Malaysia ringgit depreciate alot against others, i expect this quarter financial performance will be better.

i just wonder how company's performance in vietnam and other subsidiaries? This is public listed company but "family based" public listed company. So dont put high expectation on it.

I also buy until so boring. I keep on buying since 3 years until now. At the meantime, no surprising news for us.

@jolie2,i am old man. i will believe everyone if that person able to show me evidence. I also strongly believe if you able foresee future, here is not suitable for you. You underestimate or overestimate your own ability by pursuing us (layman) using this method.

From my view, if a company has excess cash reserve, they can have few choices to give back shareholders. They can either give it as dividend, share buyback or share split or share bonus. Those tools can give various impact on companies itself but also depend on economic and capital market structure. In this case, MFLOUR choose to buyback it's share which means the number of outstanding share will decrease in future. In future, the company announce positive announcement, then the share price will definitely increase. Cx with the formula EPS=earning / total number of share and so to do with DPS.

But regarding to the warrants (those not familiar with warrant definition can read out in google), MFLOUR issue warrants main purpose is increase capital for future expansion, now the total number of share is 500,000,000+. At the end of warrant maturity, there is option of warrant holder either they wan to convert to mother share or not, we assume they do convert all, the total number of share will increase to 600,000,000+ which mean future share price will hardly to push up to certain higher price level.

Recently, according to the announcement, they PROPOSE to repurchase share on May meeting, buy back more than 10% CURRENT shares. Actually, they are offseting for future effect for this counter. This counter is for very long term investment. For those are speculate, you are not advisable to buy this stock.
