Entitlement date means the dividend validity date. You must have the stock as of the entitlement date to enjoy the dividend.

Maybank has a duty to inform its shareholders why the delay in paying the dividend approved by the shareholders on 12 April 2018. The MSWG and/or BURSA should ask Maybank about the delay.
