I see this news as, the other side of coin, a sign of big players or share holders leaving. A stock can never be up trend forever. This could be a news that to attract more "small fish" buyer to buy off big players stock and it will be followed by a big fall soon. Anyway, this is just my guess, do your own study and believe only on your experience. Happy earning!
