DC Healthcare Holdings Bhd is an investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, provides aesthetic services specializing in non-invasive and minimally invasive procedures. It operates approximately 13 aesthetic medical clinics located in the Central region and Southern region. Its segment includes aesthetic services and general medical services. The aesthetic services segment includes facial and skin treatments, such as facial sculpting, body contouring, hair growth and removal and sales of skincare products. Its facial and skin treatment services are categorized into three primary skin concerns, namely acne, hyperpigmentation, and scars. The general medical services segment porivdes a range of general medical consultation services which include annual health check-ups focusing on health scopes, including screenings for allergies via blood tests or providing an assessment to address any existing health concerns of the customers including skin disease treatments.

There was an announcement on March 6th, 2024:
Reference is made to the announcement dated 22 December 2023 whereby M&A Securities had on behalf of the Company, announced that the additional listing application for the Proposals and the draft circular to shareholders in relation to the Proposals have been submitted to Bursa Securities for approval on the even date (“Listing Application”).
On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Company has submitted an application to Bursa Securities for the withdrawal of the Listing Application (“Withdrawal Application”).
The decision of the Board was made in order to review the structure of the Proposed Acquisition (and consequently the Proposed Variation). The Board shall make the necessary announcement on the revised proposal in due course.
