Economic reopening + back to office. Office REIT occupancy rate went up significantly. This might contribute to better earnings for small players for SKB Shutters.

EMA7 has officially crossed oved EMA200 today. Fast crosses over slow = uptrend.
It will take some time for EMA20 and EMA50 to follow suit but I'm okay with it.

Bojed, since you’re now looking at it technically…. I see very little retail interest. Almost non-existent upper or lower wicks in the candles for a long time. Very tight shareholdings

Came across this company, not bad but no dividend. They treat the company as their own. Many years later they takeover the company at cheap price.
If no dividend why bonus issue? Sayang duit saja.

A profitable company with very low PE. Based on annual report for the year ending 30/6/22, all the five executable directors are family members with total remuneration of RM3.0 million, whereas the total revenue and profit before tax for the group in the entire year are RM74.5 million and RM9.6 million respectively. As far as record show, there is no dividend declared. Probably this will explain why investors are not keen in this counter.
