必须注意的是保留在公司内的盈利，不一定是现金或定期存款，在大多数的情况下，这些现金其实已被用来囤存货物或是购买了资产，故“未分发净利”雄厚不等于公司拥有大量现金，实际上，现金早已被用出去了
