Axreit is d best REIT so far. 1.3% special dividend is nothing to shout about as special dividend

Axis Reit is Best Reit in the sense that they are able to grow asset via Acqusition & organic. For retails reit, most of them can persue grow via organic. Acqusition become difficult as mall price has gone up a lot.
