Unless PRS can guarantee its dividend would be more than / match that of EPF, otherwise it is NOT worth to consider !

I dont read Mandarin. Just like shares, property, gold, currency etc etc, all types of investments carry element of risk taking. In general it depends on your investment time horizon. Even if you can wait for 10 years what good if the shares is delisted?
PRS is actually UT with certain benefits eg tax allowance deduction up to RM3000. I invest in UT and they have performed very well for me! Lets say eg your income tax bracket is 25%, you save or gain RM750 immediatedly! And you call that bad???
No result.

Don't believe too much of what this article suggest, buying PRS. PRS's return is not guaranteed, performance untested, worst than unit trust with past performance to depend on. Compared to EPF, risk free return, why should you invest in PRS with no performance record to show.
