More than two months after the announcement, how come no declaration yet, should not be like that, those who bought the stock got their money stuck to this stock till the x-date if they hope to earn the dividen.

Wonder how much the stock has gone up since the day of the announcement. If the amount is equivalent to 32% of the par value of the stock, many would have sold the share back.....

after announcement up down up down 3 to 4 round already.
down to 3.20 up to 3.80, then down to 3.30 up to 3.85, then down up down up again

it take very long time to up may be 2 to 3 months, but up 2 days then down imediately.
Uptrend not more than 2 days, then die another 2 to 3 months.
