These figures are not 100% true & not reliable. I have been in Pharmacy industry for 7 years be it public or private sector, fresh grad doctor always earn higher than pharmacist. Why fresh grad dentist isn't in the top 10 list? Their starting salary is even higher...

The figures are incorrect. Doctors get housing allowance, service allowance, COLA and this should be included into the pay bracket. Some may disagree, but the pay package should be taken as a whole.
