Maybe one way for USA to maintain world power by slow down world economy especially china.

Once QE 3 Stops.

CDO suppressed by QE Will Resurface as Toxic High Fever. CDO = Collateralized Debt Obligations Will Resurface.

Then One By One USA Banks Will Implode.

During 1929 - 1939 ONE THOUSAND US BANKS FAILED!

This Round Even More Will Go Bankrupt.

It Will Result In Mass Riot, Anarchy & Looting In US!

So QE 4 Will Start!

The Problem of CDO has not been solved but swept under the carpet!
