while they r holding the investor cash and doing nothing,what can a ７０岁董事 do??attend few board meeting,eat,sit,shit.investor still need to pay him??

I can't agree maore what you said. But I want to add more, as long as he is his puppet and money paid by Icap Shareholders, who care?
