The Story of Christmas - The Virgin Birth

Christ

M - Messiah

A - Atonement

S - Saviour

There are 4 Ways By Which Man Is Born On Earth

1) Direct Creation

God took the soil of the earth molded it into a man and breathed into his nostril - then Adam was Created.

2) Indirect Creation

God caused Adam to go into a Deep Sleep. Took out the Rib from Adam and from it created Eve

3) Natural Reproduction

That is how we are born - all 7 Billion people on planet earth.

4) Incarnation - The Virgin Birth.

Jesus already existed with the Father from Eternity to Eternity. But one day He came to earth to be incarnated as a man. God chose virgin Mary & caused Jesus to be conceived in her while still a virgin. This Miracle Birth of Christmas has a purpose.

Jesus was the Messiah, The Saviour of The World

God sent Jesus to die for our sins. It was sin that caused Adam & Eve to lose Paradise & separated from God. All the descendants of Adam by reproduction are sinners by nature. So Teachers like Buddha, Confucius, Krishna, Mohammad & others born of natural reproduction cannot save us. Jesus was different. Before the World Existed Jesus was already with God the Father and so He was sinless.


Jesus came to die for us

"For God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8)"

To Those Who Repent & Receive Christ He promised Paradise,

"In My Father's House Are Many Mansions. I go and prepare a place for you. And if I go I will come again to receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also."

The Death of Christ is by Purpose. A Substitute to atone for our sins.

"For Go So Loved The World That He Gave His Only Begotten Son; that whosoever believe in him should not perish; but have ever lasting life."

This Christmas is Actually The GREATEST GIFT of GOD.

The Gift of Forgiveness & The Gift of Eternal Life for Man.

For God so loved the world THAT HE GAVE

What did God give?

HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON

For What Purpose?

To Die For Our Sins On Calvary's Cross

So That All Who Accept Him Will Have Eternal Life

What If We Refuse

Then we perish in sins.


SO WE ARE ON OUR WAY TO HELL.

GOD WANTS TO SAVE US BY PROVIDING A WAY OF DELIVERANCE.

A GIFT OF SALVATION THROUGH HIS SON. WHEN JESUS DIED ON THE CROSS HE PAID FOR ALL THE SINS OF ALL MANKIND FROM ADAM TILL THE LAST PERSON BORN ON INTO THE WORLD.

ALL OUR PAST, PRESENT & FUTURE SINS CAN BE WASHED AWAY IN THE BLOOD OF JESUS.

ONLY THEN CAN WE APPROACH A HOLY GOD IN THE NEW PARADISE

THIS IS THE TRUE MEANING OF CHRISTMAS

MAY ALL RECEIVE THE GREATEST GIFT OF CHRISTMAS

THE CENTRAL THEME OF CHRISTMAS IS CHRIST

TO RECEIVE CHRIST AS LORD & SAVIOUR

THE GIFTS OF THE MAGI OR WISE MEN

On This Day 2,000 Years Ago Wise Men Came From The East To Worship Baby Jesus.

They presented him gifts - Gold, Frankincense & Myrrh.

What do these Gifts depict?

This is the Interpretation

1) GOLD - Jesus Is King

Yes! Jesus is the King of Kings & The Lord of Lords! Blessed is the King of Israel that cometh in the Name of The LORD.

2) FRANKINCENSE - Jesus Is God

These Wise men Worshiped Jesus. Jesus is more than a Prophet. Prophet does not accept worship. Frankincense is used for Worship - They Worship Jesus as God - the Very God.

God - the Very God became Man - the Very Man on Christmas Day!

God became man that man might become godly.

3) MYRRH

What is myrrh? Myrrh is used as an embalming agent to preserve dead bodies. Myrrh? What kind of birthday gift is this? Jesus is born to die. Yes, this gift depicts that Jesus will die for the sins of all mankind. Jesus saves you by dying for you!

A little story.

Once there lived on a hill a little boy.

He made a little toy boat and played on the mountain stream happily with his little boat. Then one day while the boat was floating on the mountain stream the water suddenly surged and the boat was carried down stream and the boy lost his boat.

One day the little boy visited the small town at the base of the hill and to his surprise, he saw his boat displayed for sale in a shop.

He went in and demanded, "That boat is mine. I made it but I lost it when it was swept down stream". "No", the shop keeper replied, "I bought it from someone who sold it to me. If you want it back you must pay up."

The little boy went home. Worked & worked. Then with enough savings he went to the shop to redeem his lost boat.

This is what he said, "Little boat. I made you. Then I lost you. Now I bought you. You are twice mine".

Yes, This is the Story of CHRISTMAS.

God made you. Then you went astray and got lost. So God sent His Son to die for your sins & redeem you.

For God So Loved The World
That HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON (To die For Mankind)
That Whoever (includes you) Believes In him (In Jesus birth & death & resurrection)
Should not perish (that means go to hell)
But have everlasting life (that means go to heaven)

The Difference is

That whoever BELIEVES in him.

Have You Believed? To Believe is to Receive. Have you received Christ?

This Is The Only Way To Go To Heaven.

This Gift of Eternal Life is "FREE". To go to heaven is "FREE". You have to Accept the "FREE GIFT".

For God so loved ... HE GAVE!!!

Let Me Explain Its Simplicity

1) To Have Something We Can Only Get It in 3 Ways

You Can Own Something or Anything by one of these 3 ways a) You Earn it b) You Stole It c) You Got It As A Free Gift.

a) You Earn It

You Worked in your job. With your monthly pay cheques you buy things.

b) You can also steal it. Anything in your possession is not earned? Then you stole it from someone. Or borrowed from someone and not returning it. This is another form of stealing. Better return it!

c) You Got it as a Free Gift.

So you called your friend about the borrowed stuff still with you. And he said, "Never mind. You can keep it". Ha! You got it free now.
So we receive free gifts sometime. This is also a legitimate way to own stuff.


2) To Enter A Concert or Stadium to watch football we must also

a) Earn it b) Steal it c) Given free ticket

a) You can pay for the ticket & enter the concern or stadium

b) You can steal. How? By climbing through the way or enter by the backdoor sneakilly. This is cheating. Better don't do it and get caught.

c) Or your friend gave you a "free ticket".


3) Now Look at heaven

a) Can you go to heaven because you earned your way? No! According to the Bible all have sinned and come short of the glory of God"

The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

b) Can you steal your way into heaven?

Definitely not! You won't get in this way.

c) The Passport to Heaven is "FREE". There is One God & One Mediator Between God & man - The Man Christ Jesus.

The wages of sin is death - But the GIFT OF GOD Is Eternal Life Through Jesus Christ Our Lord.

All Religions in the world could be classified into only 2 Groups

The Ones That Keep Working For It. Do good, do good, help the poor, give alms.

Christianity is the Only Exception: You don't do good deeds to get to heaven. You don't earn it. You receive Heaven by accepting Jesus freely as Saviour.

THIS IS CHRISTMAS! ITS TRUE MEANING
