If PJD and OSKP reject, then the three companies exist and OLH gets three numerations. If PJD and OSKP accept, then OLH gets one payment; albeit a higher one. Am i wrong? I think that is what OLH desires. Think of other reasons why OLH wants the shareholders of PJD and OSKP to reject those offers.

Do not think OLH will be stupid don't know some small shareholders will reject his offer....of course OLH has setting everything to make his money !
