LeeWL, do u have been compare WTK with Ta Ann? With a same business condition , Ta Ann deliver more Dividend yield than WTK . what is your opinion?

You have missed another factor which will boost it's earnings in the future which is OLYMPIC 2020 in Japan.

i don't think net-net method multiplies inventory by 70% and PPE(unless it is plantation landbank) shouldn't have a valuation of 70% as well...

In fact, for net-net calculation, it ignored PPE...

NNWC = Cash and short-term investments
+ (0.75 x Accounts Receivable)
+ (0.5 x Total Inventory )
– Total Liabilities
