How did they made so much money selling milk? and now selling off 30% of the milk business at a PE of 20 to pay off all the bank borrowing for the acquisition of Kian Joo......Brilliant....and get to keep and control Kian Joo, a blue chip company .

and when you sell off 30% of the milk division at a PE of 20, there is very little earnings dilution, and what the company can do with the bonanza. and the listing of the milk business within 1 or 2 years., at a good valuation./


bad business to sell off Kian Joo on the cheap.

Can One also has their own can business. Now they also control Kian Joo....giving them a near monopoly status.

does not matter how it is packaged, Kian Joo and Can One will be there.
