KSL is on my queue list for quite sometimes, but haven't get it bcos my price is a bit low compare with market price. Anyway, will market falling recently, it is quite close now, the are big chance that i will get it this month or next. It is for long term investment as i am optimistic on Iskandar's future, nit now, but 5 years onward :D
