Before his yada yada lowering this and that fee, he should think of lowering his online banking and credit card processing fee. In this digital era, it is absurd for a company to charge excessively on online payment. If this processing charge is true, other online payment already died.

Processing fee can run up to rm80 or more for overseas credit card booking. What la this psc fee compare to his fee.

If that is the case, complain to your issuing bank the processing fee charged.

Lols. You really think the bank charge that money? If you top up your mobile phone using maybank2u, they got charge you rm4 for using online banking? Or, when you pay tnb?

Yeah, the processing fee for foreign purchase of air ticket cost me almost 8% of total air ticket fee. What the hell AirAsia is doing?
