The governance of the respective India authority dept. should be shame how they have acted and now try to wash their hands. By its own admission the India civil aviation authority has admitted in oversight by granting the no-objection certificate without making sure the brand agreement license do not contravene with its India's aviation rules & regulations.

DCGA another dept.also screw-up by not doing due diligence confirmation first before granting airlines license when it received the no-objection cert from India civil aviation authority.

When a politician file suit, DCGA only ask for brand agreement from India civil aviation authority for confirmation. More ridiculous, in return India civil aviation authority try to wash hands by pushing the decision to the high court.

No wonder now already hinted most likely will not ask for show cause letter for the screw up because it all started from India civil aviation authority and then DCGA.
