Total Top 10 Properties of DRB is Rm2.85 BILLION (Old Book Value)
I have listed the one in Iskandar which should be more by 250% to 1,200% if fully revalued.
So just take the lowest denominated of 250%
So 2.85 Billion x 2.5 = Rm7.12 BILLION!
Rm7.12 Billion is more than enough to settle all DRB borrowings.
Then DRB has 53.5% in POS which is 418,748,150 shares. As of now POS share is Rm4,120 per share
The total value is 418,748,150 x 4,120 = Rm1.725 BILLION
Then there is share in Puspakom
Share in Bank Maumalat
Share in power plant & Alam Flora.
Total Asset should exceed Rm10 Billion
That's why DRB's NTA is over Rm3.00 on old book value.
