if you pull out property companies annual report, there will be lots of undervalued land held at cost. nothing groundbreaking. no one is arguing that drb has good assets but the problem is market is discounting them because of poor execution. just like how some net cash companies trading at a discount.

Follow Calvin since 2013 in bjcorp and he claimed worth as berskhire hathaway of malaysia. The reality is became Bjcock in 2016 with price drop from rm0.55 to rm0.32!

Syed Moktar also taken private my UM LAND SHARES at over Rm3.00.

UM LAND is the Master Developer of all the prime Tebrau lands in Bandar Sri Alam.

Since he is willing to let go Corwin Assets in Singapore for over half a billion ringgit I think with the synergy of UM Land's expertise he will definitely unlock the value of DRB 25 million sq ft freehold lands in Tebrau.
LIM
Johor Corp has taken KULIM private to unlock its land for property projects in Iskandar. So I think it is only a matter of time Syed Moktar will also unlock the huge assets of DRB, especially its prime lands in Booming Iskandar

Think out of the box.

Take out the arowana and put it in Kenyir Dam.

Then go and stay in Kenyir Dam resort owned by Drb. SEE HOW HAPPILY AROWARNA SWIMMING THERE?

Now go and buy more Drb shares.

Lots of China tourists and domestic tourists going to stay in Kenyir Dam Resorts.

So lots of Cash will flow into Drb coffers.

I think if DRB revalue all its Real Estates & Dispose them for Cash. It will more than enough to cover all debts

What are the total value DRB's Real Estate Value as listed in AR?

Go & look it up

Total Top 10 Properties of DRB is Rm2.85 BILLION (Old Book Value)

I have listed the one in Iskandar which should be more by 250% to 1,200% if fully revalued.

So just take the lowest denominated of 250%

So 2.85 Billion x 2.5 = Rm7.12 BILLION!

Rm7.12 Billion is more than enough to settle all DRB borrowings.

Then DRB has 53.5% in POS which is 418,748,150 shares. As of now POS share is Rm4,120 per share

The total value is 418,748,150 x 4,120 = Rm1.725 BILLION

Then there is share in Puspakom

Share in Bank Maumalat

Share in power plant & Alam Flora.

Total Asset should exceed Rm10 Billion

That's why DRB's NTA is over Rm3.00 on old book value.
