The problem with this counter is this, most of the sales come from flight insurance, no one who flies airasia will buy tuneprotect unless its business flight, cause the reviews are bad to begin with and people who fly airasia are cheap.

me too, not convinced, AirAsia main business is domestic flights, who in the right mind will insure themselves for domestic flights, financial metrics might seems attractive...Obviously a value trap,author please go back to the mountain, leave this job to the professionals..
