Haha!

If Harrison can reach 1/4 of DLady it will be a Blue Chip at over Rm10.00

Now Calvin thinks if there is a will there is a way for Harrison.

How?

1) By using more of the Rm80 million surplus & increase dividend

from

2017 --- 25 sen

to

2018 -- 32 sen

then

2019 --- 40 sen dividend

After Cash runs out? No need cash buffer for NTA since DLady also don't have

Then from 2020 (Dispose Lands/Warehouse & lease them back) With extra Cash and then can boost dividend further

2020 --- Dividend jumped to 60 sen

Just think - what will Harrison share price be if dividend raised to 60 sen by year 2020?

Your projection is good
But fulfilling is another question
No good management company would declare such a jump in dividend every years
They have to be a bit conservative
They need to back up for bad times if suddenly economy drop

Go study Dutchlady accounts.
Sale of milo, maggee mee and coca cola is recession proof.

Dutch lady and Harrisons different business model, Harrisons more like Yeelee in East Malaysia, a distributors, very low profit margin, but stable income, depending on . Dutch Lady have product brand and able to raise produce price . Can Harrisons raise price from his principle-dutch lady, nestle, and the products they distribute? From history record, Harrisons do pay good dividend.

From dividend history, at 15sen Harison is worth 3.40. If raised to 25sen and maintained for a few yrs, it is already worth 5.60.

If one to starts holding this stock in 2004 , market price was around $1.20 with dividend of 6 sen to be received in 2005, dividend yield then was 5% .
He receives $1.51 normal dividend and $0.50 special dividend ,total $201 dividend within 13 years up to 2016.
In other words, his cost was $ 1.20 ,he is already receiving more than what has been invested.
At current price of $4.08, he can just lock it up in his safe..
Now, at current rate of 6.1% dividend yield, will history repeat itself?

put it in simple calculation:
2004 cost 1.20
up to 2016 Dividend received $2.01
Plus capital appreciation $$2.88($4.08-$1.20)
=$4.89
total return for 12 years $4.89/1.2= 4.075 times
about 3 years double your capital

Harrison got most but not dlady

So if you have dlady now must quickly sell all

Best advise now

Sell dlady and switch to Netx at 2 sen

Opcom at 69 sen also far better than Dlady

Redtone at 50 sen also better than Dlady
