Yes, I prefer the old i3investor. Less distracting and easier to navigate. Hope the old i3investor is always available as an alternative.

I am a long time Icap investor since IPO in 2005. I bought and sold some over the years. My average price is 1.21 with 100k holding. Recently, in July I bought another 30k at average 1.90. I wished I had bought more. The unexpected 20 sen dividend is a "durian runtuh".

Last year I bet big on gloves and now lose 70%. If I had put this amount of money in icap, i would be richer.

TTB is an old hand in the Market. You dont lose by following him. Just buy at a discount. You wont regret.

Why is CI Hldg going up? Good quarter results?

Why no tsunami?

Must be very good latest QR results to cause sell off?

TG announcing result tmr but Supermx has bigger gains than TG instead.

I think you are right. No further payment on Conversion.

The FV is RM10. As long as you buy < RM10, why worry if it goes to 8 or 7? If you have cash just buy more if it happens. Otherwise just hold. Don't panic sell when fundamentals is on you side.

Today close at 26.04 = 8.68 ex tmr. Then it will trade between 8.68 and 9 tmr.

estrangle8 Can someone explain bonus issue of 1:2? If lets say toglove goes up to 30RM, the ex bonus price wld be 20RM? Am i right to say that? Sorry beginner here.

Bonus issue is 2:1. If you have 1 share you will get 2 shares, so with the original share you now have 3 shares. If price is RM30 now, when ex it will be 30/3 = RM10

Since learning value investing from kcchongnz 3 years ago. todate I have made Rm25,000 nett of cost of kcchong's investment and brokerages charges.

His recommended counters include Padini, Scientx, Pintaras, Perstima, Magni, Favco,HLI,Superln, Luxchem and Panasonic.

I am still keeping some of these counters for their dividends.

Voters give up their power and rights to politicians in an election. Once the politicians are in power the people lose their power to stop the politicians from wasting people's money in useless projects that only benefit the politicians and their cronies" pockets.

That's why im never concern how much % return someone is making. If I want to know how good the person is, I'll examine his thought process.

Hope Calvin Tan is not serious in not wanting to share tips in 13investor. Please confirm.

Texchem's management remuneration at 17.9mil according to 2016AR is very high. Any explanation?

Buy at today's price of 5.10 & stand to make an annual dividend yield of 9.8% - Is this not good enough??

At 5.10 with dividend of 25sen, dividend yield is 0.25/5.10% = 4.90%

For good dividends, buy Apollo(500 shares), Perstim (500 shares), HaiO (1000 shares) and SAM (400 shares). For Net Asset Value, buy icap(1000 shares). Disclosure: I have these shares bought lower than current prices.

oldd, if you have followed my suggestion you would have made handsome gains as follows:

Apollo Then 6.16 Now 5.12 - 17%
Perstima Then 6.08 Now 7.79 + 28%
HaiO Then 2.05(adj) Now 4.19 + 105%
SAM Then 7.60 Now 7.93 + 4.3%
icap Then 2.27 Now 2.58 + 13.7%

You would have made about RM4,000.00 (+ 27%) for your 15k investment.

I know that Calvin is very sincere in sharing his unwanted gems before they fly off. Recent examples are Masteel, DRB, Harison, and now palm oil stocks. Those who criticize him, any stocks to share?

From dividend history, at 15sen Harison is worth 3.40. If raised to 25sen and maintained for a few yrs, it is already worth 5.60.

Better to have profits than losses for those who are risk averse i.e low risk appetite. Nobody becomes poor by taking profits, however little.

I recommend KC Chong. What is one year of hardship learning when you can get many returns during and after the course? The alternative is to follow delayed stock picks written by KC Chong or Tradeview. Avoid charties (TA) at all cost!

Want to sell icap also susah. No buyers.
