Ha!
I have caught ikan haruan, toman, knife fish and siakap using fast moving bait.

But this cannot catch talapia, carp or catfish which are bottom feeders.

So value investors almost never chase hot air balloon stocks at peak prices.

Learn to buy low and sell high.
Not chase high and expect stock to go higher.
Chances are the higher they climb the steeper will be the fall later.

Catfish , tilapia & carp are cheap fishes that no one want to eat & won't fetch good price

Calvin don't know what is marble goby , furthermore. You cannot fish marble goby using fishing hook

Marble goby need to be fished using bumbu, this fish are just lazy to snap the bait even though the bait is put in front of its mouth.

Land will only appreciate over time in fact it's the only thing in the world that guarantee appreciations, Nta will just grow. Buying bjcorp is like buying its land. Even the management does nothing or doesn't know how to make money, the downside is very very limited.

If profit is what drives the market value to surge, the assets is what protecting it from diving down
