My heart was filled with relief when the US Senate Budget Committee passed the Republican tax plain with a slim majority of 12 to 11 and Dow Jones rocketed up 256 points to set a new record close. But when I switched on my TV (Astro) to watch CNN news, I saw a breaking news at the bottom on the TV screen and my heart sank to see the news that North Korea had just fired another ballistic missile which landed in the Japan Sea west of Japan. Who so unfortunate?????
