Note: When OCBC was traded at Rm50,000 for a 1,000 shares about those times my neighbour bought a 2 storey house in Lorong Maarof, Bangsar Park, KL for Rm20,000
So One thousand shares of OCBC then could really get you 2 houses in KL
Today, after 48 years the 2 Storey House in Bangsar is worth Rm2 Millions
SO BUY LAND & HOUSES IN PRIME LOCATION DO GO UP IN VALUE OVER TIME.
If only the Sorchai who chased OCBC over Rm50 a share knew how to sell something way above Intrinsic Value then.
