now is good time to look for stocks with good fundamentals, not political linkage.

can see plenty in the infra and property sector s now, thats why i looking to add/buy in some quality ones.

just not uems since very heavily exposed to iskandar and ahmad zaki.

About Rm100 Millions retained profits i think?

Unlike so many asking cash calls have retained losses EG has good retain profits.

After Last RI Revenue jumped up over 40% to reach Rm1 Billions for a new record.

The cash calls being deployed will show up in even more revenue and profits later.

As Insiders and Directors are privy to latest development they are taking up position

same here, there r many companies with no solid experience in infra works or financial backing being awarded jobs. so thats why i was not very interested in infra/construction/property stocks pre-election.

now is time to pick up cheap gem bargains.

if we look at eg industries, even though it is supposed to ride the semicon wave, but its share price actually went down by more than 30% while its peers such as elsoft and inari remain steady.

that means something is going on.

back off hand calculation.

if i sailang all into jcy at average of 50sens, 40% loss ytd.

if i sailang all into mbsb at average of 110sens, 9% gain ytd.

if i sailang all into fgv at average of 180sens, 10% loss ytd.

so as i place a 80% bet into mbsb and a 20% bet into fgv, a net gain of 6%, still higher than fd and much better than 40% loss in jcy.

lucky, this is what i did.
