No downgrading from international rating agencies but FF is still liquidating their investment without a sign of stopping. What if downgrading pop up after FF dispose another 5 billion of shares? One of the good reason for downgrading is scrapping GST. GST is, in fact widely known, an efficient way to collect tax for a country.
