Disagree on few points;
1. The energy cost is on pass thru basis. Thus not affected by the fluctuation in coal prices.
2. The power plant will be managed by CPECC which is very experience in thermal power plant.
3. The EPC contracts were fully subcontracted to CPECC. No additional financing is required.

The whole world now fear of dealing with China companies, why?
Nothing politic, it is merely the TRUSTWORTHY of a company.
Most China companies having very bad reputation in many countries for they are not transparent, not adaptable to local business environment, not compliance with local business laws & requirement.
More importantly, not honour to the spirit of CONTRACT.

Whenever dealing with them, most of them are having "I am King, king of cash, so you better listen to me."
