If one inherited a company with debt, all the previous directors if they are still around will be sued because they are the one incurred the debt.

Government paid for people for not obeying rules & laws AND penalise those who offended & paid for the penalty (including me, I am too stupid to pay for the speeding fine).

All malaysians now will never want to pay for the traffic fines until they are barred from renewing their driving licenses, if there is any barring.
